ফাউন্ডেশনের তহবিল, সম্পদ, অনুদান, দান, অনুদান সহায়তা (Grant) এবং অন্যান্য সকল সম্পদ ও অর্থ শুধুমাত্র ফাউন্ডেশনের নির্ধারিত লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য বাস্তবায়নের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে। ফাউন্ডেশনের কোনো লাভ, আয় বা উদ্বৃত্ত অর্থ এর সদস্য, ট্রাস্টি, পদাধিকারী বা পরিচালনা পর্ষদ/গভর্নিং বডির সদস্যদের মধ্যে বণ্টন করা হবে না। The Foundation shall utilize its funds, assets, donations, grants, and other resources solely for the achievement of its stated aims and objectives and shall not distribute any profit, income, or surplus among its members, trustees, office bearers, or governing body members.
