সংগঠনের সকল কার্যক্রম ও উদ্দেশ্য দেশের প্রচলিত আইন, বিধি-বিধান ও নিয়মাবলি অনুসরণ করে বাস্তবায়ন করা হবে। কোনো কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য সরকার বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের পূর্বানুমোদন, অনুমতি, নিবন্ধন, লাইসেন্স বা কোনো ধরনের অনুমোদন প্রয়োজন হলে, তা যথাযথভাবে গ্রহণ করার পরেই সংশ্লিষ্ট কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হবে। All activities and objectives of the organization shall be implemented in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the country and only after obtaining the necessary permission, approval, or authorization from the Government and/or the concerned authorities, wherever required.

ফাউন্ডেশন তার লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যের সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচি ও কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ ও বাস্তবায়ন করবে এবং নিজস্ব সামর্থ্য ও উপলব্ধ সম্পদের সর্বোত্তম ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে সুবিধাবঞ্চিত, অনগ্রসর, অসহায় ও ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ জনগোষ্ঠীর কল্যাণ ও উন্নয়নে কাজ করবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে জাতি, ধর্ম, বর্ণ, গোত্র, গায়ের রং, লিঙ্গ, জাতীয়তা, রাজনৈতিক সংশ্লিষ্টতা বা সামাজিক মর্যাদার ভিত্তিতে কোনো ধরনের বৈষম্য করা হবে না। The Foundation shall work for the welfare and development of disadvantaged, underprivileged, and vulnerable people without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, caste, color, sex, nationality, political affiliation, or social status.
ফাউন্ডেশন সর্বদা অরাজনৈতিক অবস্থান বজায় রাখবে এবং দেশের প্রচলিত আইন, বিধি-বিধান, সরকারি নীতিমালা বা জনস্বার্থের পরিপন্থী কোনো কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করবে না। The Foundation shall remain non-political and shall not engage in any activity that is contrary to the laws, rules, regulations, or public policy of the country.
ফাউন্ডেশনের সকল লক্ষ্য, উদ্দেশ্য, প্রকল্প, কর্মসূচি ও কার্যক্রম দেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন, বিধি-বিধান ও নিয়মাবলি যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করে পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে সরকার বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কোনো কর্তৃপক্ষের পূর্বানুমোদন, অনুমতি, নিবন্ধন, লাইসেন্স বা অনুমোদন প্রয়োজন হলে, ফাউন্ডেশন সংশ্লিষ্ট কার্যক্রম শুরু করার পূর্বে যথাযথভাবে প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদন, অনুমতি, নিবন্ধন, লাইসেন্স বা কর্তৃত্ব গ্রহণ করবে। All aims, objectives, projects, programs, and activities shall be carried out in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the country. Where any activity requires prior approval, permission, registration, license, or authorization from the Government or any concerned authority, the Foundation shall undertake such activity only after obtaining the requisite approval, permission, registration, license, or authorization.
ফাউন্ডেশনের তহবিল, সম্পদ, অনুদান, দান, অনুদান সহায়তা (Grant) এবং অন্যান্য সকল সম্পদ ও অর্থ শুধুমাত্র ফাউন্ডেশনের নির্ধারিত লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য বাস্তবায়নের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে। ফাউন্ডেশনের কোনো লাভ, আয় বা উদ্বৃত্ত অর্থ এর সদস্য, ট্রাস্টি, পদাধিকারী বা পরিচালনা পর্ষদ/গভর্নিং বডির সদস্যদের মধ্যে বণ্টন করা হবে না। তবে ফাউন্ডেশনের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার সঙ্গে সরাসরি সম্পৃক্ত এবং যথাযথভাবে অনুমোদিত বৈধ ব্যয় পরিশোধ করা যেতে পারে। The Foundation shall utilize its funds, assets, donations, grants, and other resources solely for the achievement of its stated aims and objectives and shall not distribute any profit, income, or surplus among its members, trustees, office bearers, or governing body members, except for legitimate expenses incurred in connection with the activities of the Foundation.
